"Ah...well that's a bit of a...." Jyrvess began upon seeing the stiletto. Then she stepped back as the real knife came out. "Gaaaah." Her hand briefly slipped into a coat pocket before relaxing and sliding out empty.

"How old are you two?! Who gave you that?!" She straightened her coat. "Ah..err thank you officer. Doctor. Doctor-Officer."

Finally she sighs then reaches into her pocket again. "...aright, well have you two eaten yet?"

This entire scene though.

"Mr Screet seems more appropriate. Or we could just call you Luke." She turns to look at Manny, "I mean, no one famous is called Luke. Seems discreet enough to me. What about you Mr Gib?"

This is gold. High five to Jyrv for bringing the joke to the next level.

I'm gonna be honest y'all, this was the first one to get the award for getting me to completely lose my train of thought because of how it got me laughing

Seemed like letting the adult do the talking was the plan. Hopefully he wasn't three kids stacked on top of each other.

"Uhhhhhhh..." Manny said.

Then he struck a casual pose, smiling confidently. "Hey there. I'm the locksmith. Specializing in boxes. The boxlocksmith." He nodded. "You guys called for me? I can take a look at that boxlock for you. Reasonable fees, too." He held out his hands expectantly.

Varina finishes a big dramatic fight, in front of Mandalore, the leader of her people.

"I got blood all over my shirt." Varina wasn't sure how she was going to clean that out with what she had. "And my new cloak."

Subject: A Most Dangerous Game [Day 5, MM]

As the visor shattered the Hunter screamed in agony, the blades dropping to the floor as the blood loss and sudden blindness overcame him. Weak, panting, he dropped to his knees and bit through the pain. Smashing a hand into the ground weakly, disturbing the the dirt resting upon the rock. As he tried to stand again he found his legs had no strength left. Merely.. he could do nothing buy hold himself from the ground.

'E-end it," he stammered out, his voice harsh as he fought through the overwhelming pain that afflicted his body. Holding himself up from the ground. Both of the vibro-swords on either side of him.

[Combat is over, Raven is victorious]

I am tooting my own horn here, but this was a wild ride from beginning to end. Thank you. It was certainly memorable to me.

Subject: The Big Hit (Day 6, Late Evening)

As she pressed into him with her vibroknife, all her rage at him opened herself up. Even as he gripped the spear blaster, he could feel her this close, he could smell her blood. His eyes burned with great anger and furious vengeance. His jaw opened, and those teeth, rows upon rows of inhuman, sharp teeth bit into her neck, an arterial spray splashing against the window, blood running down his chin. He latched on keeping the pressure onto her!

Subject: MM5 - Send in The Clones... Those Sappy, Happy Clones

Captain Tux nodded, "I'm Cap to this lot, Captain or Commander Tux.. though, I suppose it's just Tux now though. Next up," he indicated the trooper with the scorpion tattoo done in blue ink, "This here is Stinger, helluva soldier. Close quarters specialist and a nightmare for the clankers back in the day."

"Next up is a man you've met before personally, though you didn't realize you were hunting us, this here is Lucky," he indicated the trooper in the Arc Clone Armor. "Can always count on him when the going gets tough. Tomorrow, when you bring me in with your team, he'll be the one calling the shots out here."

"We trust him," one of the others spoke up. Tux took over, "That there is Rox. Heavy weapons specialist. Ever get a door stuck? He's your man," he said with a grin, the other troopers chuckled.

"Finally, we got Lady Killer, we all call him Lad or Lad-ee for short," he said, smiling he looked to Lad, "Wanna tell him why, trooper?"

"I'd really rather not, sir," Lad replied.

"Trooper," he said, teasing, "report," he said.

"CT-6969, reporting for duty, sir," he said, drawn out and fed up with it.

All the others got a nice little chuckle.

Subject: Strike Against the Tower [Day 7, ME]

Lysa laughed out loud for a bit "Well technically no! but I've fired this a bunch!" She took out the small handheld grenade launcher "Yeah this baby has killed like 15 or 20 guys in the last month or so at least!" she set the launcher in her lap and opened her backpack, a black leather affair with stickers and drawings on it in bright neon colors, and stared pulling various round objects out "I prefer the use of explosives to blasters see you've got normal ol fraggys, stunnies, big boomies, lazers, flamos..." she started listing various explosives while holding them all in one hand when something happened, perhaps the speeder swerved, perhaps she accidentally bumped something but the cluster of grenades in her hand haphazardly fell back into her back and a faint beeping noise could be heard from inside.

"Uhhhh everyone be real quiet for a second." she started furiously ruffling through the bag before pulling out one grenade that had a red light blinking on it "got it!" she said before hitting a button and the beeping stopped "Man weird to think we were all seconds from fiery and horrific death." She said cheerily setting the bag back down.

.... I wanna go home now!

Raven looked up as she heard the first sound, then the following ones. She dared to hope, and immediately began to struggle against her bonds even if it hurt her wrists like hell.

"Keep your head down, Boom-boom," she said to Lysa, giving her the first nickname she could think of at the top of her head as she didn't want these bastards to know their real identities.

Now they both have nicknames!

"S-s-stay back! I'm warning you, I will shoot this piece of scum," she stammered, yelled, stepped back and almost tripped backwards outside of the craft except she hit a wall. Except.. it wasn't a wall and Dredgen's thick arm wrapped around her neck from behind and lifted. With the surprise she dropped both the blaster and the chain, freeing Lysa as now the trooper struggled for breath.

"Shhh, shhh, shhh," he said, "easy now, easy," Dredgen said before making a dramatic twist that snapped the neck and let her body fall. "Well.. that was fun," he said, chuckled.

Jyrvess felt extremely out of place now...like she was intruding on some sort of solemn ceremony. Fortunately she was not Manny so she didn't say something utterly inappropriate to make the situation more awkward.

Lysa looked through her bag, plush nexu, plastic explosive, unwrapped candy, lipstick, ammo packs, some markers, spilled lips gloss (kriff), pile of receipts glued together by said lip gloss, cred sticks, a grenade, anddd "ah hah! Found one!" She exclaimed as she handed Manny a forgotten hair pin tucked into the deepest crevice of her bag.

This is an accurate description of a lady's handbag.

Just missing the interdimensional hole and an eldritch horror.

I spent enough time holding and searching my ex's hand bag to learn this is indeed true. Though she had less explosives in hers

"I understand all to well." Sadness filled his voice as it seemed the Inquisitor was committed. In an instant, the great hilt was in his hands, his stance in the opening of Ataru. The blade ignited, vibrant and green, the snap-hiss echoing off the mountain.

Varina stared at the littered corpses of the enemy. She had hoped this time, an ultimate battle, one that she had swayed the so-called leader of her people to join, would grant her some glory.

But all that lied in her was hollowness. Though the blood was visibly only on her blade, it felt to her as if it had trickled down into her hands, infested them, made her impure.

Why would that man only fight those he considered 'worthy?' Why did he even care? Why did her mother?

The young woman glanced over at Raven's wave. She gave a small wave of her own, though it was clearly fake; all that was on Varina's face was emptiness. She, after all, had seen two of her closest friends on this forsaken planet fall. What would have happened without her?

It required contemplation, something the vagabond didn't do too often. And so, she disappeared into the night, trusting nobody but her alone with these thoughts.
