It was time. He'd gathered what information he could and had a plan. Any further delay would mean dealing with heightened security, but concerns elsewhere had given them a narrow opportunity now. He'd reached out through his contacts to secure a slicer who could deal with the gate. He'd sent word to Cadyn to be ready. And, he'd gone to retrieve Jaina himself.

Now, they were gathering near the spaceport, not far from the entrance he'd found the other day.

[Claymore Frost]

Claymore walks in. "Someone looking for a slicer?" He says in a low voice.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"You're Frost?" He smiled and extended a hand. "Jaxom Ursae. Thanks for coming."

[Claymore Frost]

"Indeed I am." He extends his hard to shake. "So, what's the plan?"

[Jaxom Ursae]

"There's a ship that's being held within the port. My intention is to reunite it with its pilot and give him the opportunity to take off and leave Kamda, carrying a fugitive away from the Empire." he explained. "I've gathered a fair amount of information. There's an access near here that will get us to the hangar fairly quickly. However, there's a gate that will prevent the ship from leaving, unless we can override it."

Inside Cadyn waited by a vending machine, complaining about it eating a credit stick.

Jaina, stood somewhere just off from the group in a clever disguise as they waited. Looking out to the grand Kamda Spaceport. So close to.. well.. leaving Kamda. It was a wonder it was even possible.

[Jaxom Ursae]

Jax looked at the watch he bought from Manny, tapping it a couple of times.

"We should get going, if everyone's ready."

[Jaina]

Yea," she said, "let's blow this place," she said, hopping down and walking over to Jaxom. "Leading the way?"

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Yeah, let me check to make sure everything's clear."

He crept out as carefully as he could and looked around. Hopefully, everything was actually clear.

"I'm make sure no one is following you guys." He says, as he disappears into a crowd.

While he tried to get his foot in the door a maintenance worker stopped him, "Sir? I'm sorry this entrance isn't for you," he said. What Jaxom did notice was that there was a workers uniform and lanyard put up on a peg near the door.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"I, umm...."

Normally, Jaxom would say something clever and make up an excuse. Everything that had happened recently, however, had shaken him more than he was willing to admit.

"This isn't the bathroom?"

"No," he said, part of him seemed annoyed but then he just laughed, "gonna be honest I'm not sure how you made that mistake.. if you need to get to the bathroom they'll just let you in around the front, through the main port."

[Jaina]

"Well.." she laughed, "that was a bust, I hope you have a plan B?" she chuckled. Danger, risk, it was one way to process it for sure.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Yeah." he sighed. "The first time I checked on the ship, I found a different way in. This was quicker and closer, but that might be safer now."

It was dangerous to sneak around so much, but he led the way.

"Lead the way then, big-guy," she said with a brief chuckle

They moved around to the other entrance, having to rely on it to get forward. Moving through the small hallways. Dark, they eventually spilled out into the room with the ship in it. A few workers were around but nobody payed them any mind yet. First they'd have to open a side door for Cadyn, and almost at the same time someone would have to unlock his ship.

They'd very likely have to sneak, or talk, their way through this one. If it came to it.. maybe a little more.

Checks at this point are Hard, Two Setback for unlikely circimstances.

Jaxom glanced around, hoping to find something useful, but there wasn't anything. With a shrug he walked out into the hangar. The simplest lies were often the best. Act like you belong and others won't give you a second glance. At the least, they won't want the trouble.

"I can't believe it isn't ready yet. Still locked. And, where's the pilot. Taking a break?" With authority he walked over to the door where Cadyn was waiting and opened it. "There you are. Everything's behind schedule. Get moving!"

All of the workers looked at one another, confused, uncertain, he didn't look like their boss but.. well, they felt the heat and so they scrambled quickly. Cadyn, meanwhile, coming inside looked to Jaxom and put a hand on the mans shoulder. "That is some MIGHTY fine work there," he grinned but then kept the deception and walked off toward his ship with a stern look.

Jaina took a walk with the pilot, keeping her head down, and waited by the ramp while he went up into his ship.

Just a matter of getting the door unlocked now.

"Ok, I don't someone was following you guys." As he reappears from thin air. "Things good to go?" He asked.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"Just need to open things up for the ship." Jaxom nodded. "Quickly."
