[LE1] There was an idea... of a team

The Karkarodon had put out the word that he was looking to assemble a team of Hunters. Lucrative contract, and possible high danger. While he was deadly, and determined and disciplined thanks to the training of his youth, he knew when it was wise to be more than just one being.

The offer put forth gave directions to meet at Favna. A little safety and security to put most at ease.

He had selected a corner booth with good sightlines, and now to see what could be assembled.

[Raven Cadera]

There was word of someone assembling a team of hunters circulating the city. The danger wasn't something that deterred her, but a chance to prove herself (and earn some much needed credits) was certainly something that appealed to her.

With the plain cloak draping over her armor and weapons, the tall Mandalorian stepped inside and looked around to see if she could find the brain behind the message.

[Claymore Frost]

"I'm on for some action..."

Clay checks his gear and getting ready to go. He heads out the assembly point.

[Solork Tan]

"My my, suddenly there is a lot of action around here." Solork nods at a familiar looking human girl from the other day. "There's a job? I do warn, I may be double booked. I have another retrieval job tomorrow"

[Raven Cadera]

"I heard there was a job, yes," Raven nodded to the man from the starport. "A dangerous one, but that is the kind of work I do."

Noticing the sharkman, who did look very much the odd one out in the crowd, she deduced it must've been the bounty hunter she had heard was gathering a team and she joined his side of the cantina.

"You the one with the dangerous job right?"

"Potentially dangerous." He nodded to the approaching motley. A predatory glace at all of them, before inviting them to take a seat. "Picked up the tip this morning off the bounties board."

Webbed hands splayed out on the table as he leaned back in the booth. "Imps are paying five-thousand. Something involving a research lab in the desert. Decent payout, split four ways." His voice was unearthly deep, resonating with that infrasound that set that fight or flight response on edge.

"Other than the fauna of Kamda, there might be something else there. Not a lot of details on the board. Contact is at the lab itself."

[Raven Cadera]

"Five thousand, huh?" But that means working for the Imps... hmmm... but money. And a chance to prove myself.

The deepness of his voice, it almost made her think of the hum she had sometimes heard from a ship's hyperdrive engine the times she'd had had to sleep in the engineering room on a transport. Mystical, and kind of reassuring, in its strange way.

"Any info on what kind of research? I'd hate to be the victim of some super-plague... or something..." Raven asked as she took a seat.

[Claymore Frost]

"Potential danger and no details? Sounds like the Imp's alright... But they pay well. I'm in." nodding yes with his helmeted head and sits down in a seat.

[Solork Tan]

"A research lab." Solork drums his fingers on the table.

The gear...maybe something interesting to tinker with

"I can't say that I'm thrilled to work for the Empire. In my experience, they are less than trustworthy when it comes to payment. But there is enough potential for side profits that I am intrigued"

[Tranq Sayzin]

"I'm notnl thrilled about the job, either. But even poking around the lab could prove... good. Maybe prevent something from affecting innocent people." He shared the trepidation of the others.

"It's in Alask. I would suggest we head out in the morning. Get a jump on things."

[Raven Cadera]

"Sounds like a plan."

She looked around the table. Right, it seemed they were all pretty direct on getting to the heart of things, but some points of manners didn't hurt. "Name's Raven, by the way."
