Those damn bastards were shooting at Lysa. She was the closest to that group of soldiers still standing, and she trusted Varina to deal with the ones at their backs.

"I'll deal with them!" she announced to the others still standing, her armored boots pounding against the floor as she dashed towards the group of soldiers. Colorful bolts bounced off her painted beskar'gam and her sword was held out to the side as she made the long charge towards them. It probably made for a terrifying sight.

Her wounded arm managed to take out the second stim in the easy-access pouch on her hip, injecting herself with some much needed bacta to further numb the pain of the injury.

Varina cut down one of the troopers, and in their panic they saw both Azina and Varina bearing down on them. Moving to disengage they hoped to gave themselves some space with some coordinated fire! Though none of the shots found purchase they bettered their position in both distance and aim!

As the troopers withdrew and Azina huffed and puffed with exertion, she realized that the reassuring blasts of supporting fire from the barricades behind her had fallen silent. Rushing back to her comrades, the Nautolan slides to her knees by the fallen grenadier, looking frantically for a stimpack. Finally, Az slips one from its easily accessible pouch.

As some of the heroes were finally finding themselves overtaxed, the troopers were making their retreat. However, they weren't doing so without trying to save and defend their own. Fighting for their lives they continued the struggle.

Group R2 is short from Varina and Azina, Long from Raven.
Group 4 is long from all but Raven whom they are Medium from.

The bolts hit and she stumbled back for a brief moment but the charge did not stop as the first soldier in line was struck with a fierce slash. The second one getting grazed by the blade as Raven changed her grip for the blade to better work in such close quarters.

With a visible gulp, Azina jabs the stim into Lysa, pretending that she knows what she's doing. After a gasp for air as she was still panting from the run --and staring down how many stormtroopers -- she a quickly fishes another stim from Lysa's gear and stands it into Manny. Then she sits back on her heels, gasping a little less loudly this time, and looks for a sign that it worked.

Lysa jolts up brought back by the drugs and stimulants she looks around "are there any left for me!?" She tries to jump up but falters and holds her side "damn that hurts, I never used to get shot this much. Guess I need to look into new armor."

Manny woke with a start, then winced. "Ow. Ugh." He took a careful deep breath. "What happened? Did we win?"

He grimaced at the sounds of blaster fire. "Guess not." He looked to the side. "Oh, hi Lysa. They shot you too, huh?

[Azina Rayvis]

Azina's head drops and she breathes a huge sigh of relief. With another heavy breath she raises her head and says, "OK. I'm glad you're both OK. I'm getting back to it."

Az rises to one knee, looking to see where she set down her sword.
