"Thanks," she said with relief as Manny injected her stim into her, followed up with a cheer at Manny's shooting and Lysa's explosives. But there wasn't much time for reprieve as Azina went beyond the barricades and into melee.

"Lysa! Can you blow up one of the entries?!" they needed to do something about all the troopers filing in, before she could focus her fire on the commander.

Raven said a curse in Mando'a as she hopped over the barrier herself, drawing her vibrosword in a smooth motion as she did and closed the distance to back up the Nautolan woman. Still holding her carbine in her off-hand, Raven like many times before let loose with a deadly strike at the soldiers, showing off her combat superiority in both melee and ranged.

Raven diced through one of the soldiers expertly and they went stumbling backwards into a wall panel which shut the door behind them, on the left. This would surely buy them some time.. but it wasn't permanent. Meanwhile, from down the way, the special forces trooper kept rushing forward. Now arriving at the field of battle.

"I've always wanted to see how I matched up against a Mandalorian," she said, the vo-coder that usually masked her voice still distorting it somewhat. With an opening volley fired on Raven, she showed her disregard for her fellow troopers, or her true belief in her own prowess.

Meanwhile, behind her, the group coming up to support moves in as well.

Those engaged with Raven and Azina are in a pitted fight against one another, defending themselves against the Nautolan they take losses from Raven. However, one of them cuts in deep, getting a knife into Azina's side that digs deep, sure to cause some major damage. Meanwhile, the reinforcing group from the other side quickly comes to the aid of their commander and opens fire on Manny! Striking him with bolts of fiery hot death!

As the Concussion grenade went off, the hallway collapsed in front of a few troopers. At this time, should Varina wish it, she is joined to this fight alongside Mandalore. Mandalore, convinced by Varina, has come to lend what aid he could in this pivotal moment. Walking passed the defenders, passed Raven, he remarks to her and them, "Fight well," he says on his paced walk.

Over to the door Raven shut, he opened it to the terror of a technician and a group of troopers. They backed away slowly as he flourished out his blade, walking with it stretched out to his side in toward the troopers menacingly. Once he was through the door closed behind him and didn't open again.

Meanwhile.. down at extreme another set of troopers enters the fray.

End of Round 2.

Enter Mandalore and Varina(if the player desires).

Recap Post:

Lysa has closed the right entrance, Raven had closed the left temporarily. Now, with Mandalore joining the fray, his contribution brings Raven's temporary close to a full close. While Varina is able to join the fight, if she so chooses.

Reinforcements that arrive from down the main hall will continue to arrive at Extreme. Meaning the threat of minions will always be present, but significantly lessened.

Nemesis is short from Raven and Azina. Medium from all other PC.

Group 3 is engaged with Raven and Azina. Short from all other PC.

Groups R1 and R2 are Short from Raven and Azina. Medium from all other PC.

Group 4 is at Long from all PC.

Group 5 is at Extreme from all PC.

Group 5 and subsequent groups will enter the initiative order at the bottom of the list.

"What?!?!" Manny said as Varina suddenly made an appearance.

But he had other things to worry about. "Ow. Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow." Pulling the second stim from his military pouch, he stabbed it into himself. "Oh wow, I didn't know that would hurt so much!"

Gritting his teeth he fired at the special forces trooper, his powerful pistol blasting through the cover with devastating force.

"Get fire on those combatants!" one of the troopers shouted, their blaster bolts focused on Manny. None of them, however, quite found purchase! Though they did force him out of cover for a moment and allowed their comrades an opening chance!

Meanwhile, the group engaged with Raven and Azina thought to take advantage of the one they felt was weakened more considerably! Finding purchase with their knife they shoved it in deep beneath the plating. Cutting into flesh instead of Beskar!

Seeing Mand'alor suddenly appear to join the fight, Raven would've looked slack-jawed and shocked... if not for the fact that she was wearing a helmet, and she was kind of busy with the troopers trying to overwhelm her defenses. Still, she felt emboldened by the presence of not just a brother, but Mand'alor himself and she let out a loud "OYA!!"

Raven gasped in pain as the knife managed to slip right in between the plates of beskar and through the padding, and she felt the grip on her carbine loosen as it seemed like a tendon was severed, or severely injured. Still, it didn't stop her even as she let the carbine fall to the ground and her bleeding arm managed to grab a stim from the easy-access pouch to inject into her. It was like applying a band-aid to a broken wall when it came to her arm, but it was enough to give her adrenaline a boost as she charged out of the mob and at the enemy commander.

"You wanted to test your steel against the Mando'ade!?" she cried out, her left hand raising her blade high for a downward strike!

As Raven brought her blade down on the Spec. Forces trooper, she brought up her arm in defense and Raven sliced through it. Falling backward she tumbled to the ground and scrambled, wretched in pain. Meanwhile, her troopers weren't quite all done yet!

At least, not all of them weren't. Those who'd just entered the fray saw how this was going and decided it would be best to report back to their new commander.
