Raven saw their commander through the smoke, and she knew she was the only one who could take the shot. "Focus on the troopers. I got their leader in my sight."
The movement of the troops firing at her left a clear line of fire for the sergeant. And to the troopers it was probably an impossible shot, but not to a Mandalorian fully equipped for war.
Supporting herself against the barricade, she took a shot that a sniper would've been proud of. It left the sergeant completely open as the ones in front of him continued to move in a way that gave her another clear shot, clearly surprised at the first bolt that had hit their boss - and Raven wasn't one to miss the opportunity and she quickly followed up with another equally precise shot.
