(Day 7, EM) Take Two and Call me in the Morning

Solork had heard of a healer in the area. And right now, ho boy did he need one. The time and rest had helped him work through the pain, but there was still a lingering hitch in his step, a feeling of something being off. Enough that it was time to see a doctor


He thinks he's found the place, knocking on the door with a gentle rap.

Tosath arrived at the hideout after being notified that there was a patient that needed his attention. Approaching with his pack, he nods to Solork. "How can I help you out?"

He looks over Solork using his hand scanner and tries to identify whatever wounds and health issues he has.

"I took a little bit of a shakedown. A business partner got a little over adventurous" Sol leans in, letting the man work.

Identifying some sort of malady in his nervous system caused by a shock to his body, the doctor nods. "Looks like you might just have a pinched nerve. Likely became inflamed and the inflammation is causing pressure that just results in more inflammation in that nerve," he explains, looking over the different medicines in the medpac. "I'll apply a corticosteroid locally which should clear it up and relieve the pain immediately."

Taking out an injector filled with the chemicals he needs, he presses it to the problem spot. It immediately numbs any minor pain and fixes the issue.

"If you feel it anymore, just get in touch and let me know."

Sol lets out sigh of relief. "How much do I owe you?"

[Tosath Nazora]

"Nothing. Just don't get yourself killed," the doctor says with a shrug. "You're doing what you can to help the people of Kamda. That's enough for me."

[Lysa]

Lysa was up early, Lysa hated being up early. but she was halfway dead and could barely move when she woke up. She made her way to the hideout where she heard a doctor did some doctoring sometimes. "Hey! is there a docto r in the house?"

[Tosath Nazora]

He pats Solork on the shoulder. "Take care of yourself. Looks like I've got another patient."

Moving to Lysa, he indicates a seat for her to occupy. "There is indeed. Let me have a look at you," he says with a nod.

When he gets the chance he looks over her with his handscanner, looking for internal injuries that match any obvious outer wounds.

"Oh, he is." Sol does a bit of a double take at the somewhat wild appearance of the woman.

"Are you sure about the pay?"

[Tosath Nazora]

"I'm sure," he replies with a nod. "If you ever come across any medical equipment that you don't need, maybe bring it here or donate it to the homeless shelter. That's what I do with any extra money I get. Upgrade medical equipment or donate it."

[Lysa]

"Good good these uh blaster burns are pretty bothersome first thing in the morning."

"They're worse for trying to sleep, I imagine," Tosath replies with a smirk. "Let's see what we can do."

After using the hand scanner, Dr Nazora pulls out his blood scanner to make sure there were no foreign contaminants or pathogens caused by letting the wounds go overnight.

After the scan he removed the suture kit, antiseptic, anasthetic and some healing aids from his medpac and got to work.

"Hold still." He takes his time to minimize scarring and does a fine job patching her up.

"Maybe something for the pain" Sol tries to not show. "And if you have stimpacks for sale, I would happily pay market value"

"Just take a minute to let everything set," he says to Lysa, giving a bit of time for her to catch her breath after the procedure.

Returning to Solork, he nods. "I don't have any stimpaks on me. My medpac generates the chemical mixture, but I've already used it up for now. But I'll see what I can do about the pain."

He uses the bloodscanner on Solork to identify foreign elements in his blood. After that he identifies what he can among his wounds and begins the process of fixing him up.

"Happy to help however I can," Tosath says with a nod.

Sol rummages through his pack, sticking himself with a fresh stimpack, and then another.

"The time difference is a problem, but these are still a wonder." The words have an aura of pleasure and the stimulants work their course. "Are you sure I can't leave you anything?"

"I'm sure. It's not necessary. Helping out really only takes time and I give it willingly."

Sitting at the comms was the same Chiss, having given Tosath a wave when he came in after putting out the call. Now he just sat, drank his caff, and listened on.

After providing care for his patients he moves over to the Chiss and nods. "I'll stick around in case any more come in. You doing okay?"
