The Big Hit (Day 6, Late Evening)

[Raven Cadera]

The time had come to meet up with the clones and try to pull off this crazy stunt.

Raven had a feeling she would have new scars. Again.

[Solork Tan]

"I won't say that this is the craziest plan I've ever dreamt up" Solork pulls out his sword and gives it a practice twirl. "Just that I am typically not in the practice of supplying them."

[Claymore Frost]

Claymore jumps off his speeder bike and gives Raven a wave. Then he checks to see that he had everything ready to go. "Everyone ready?"

[Tranq Sayzin]

Tranq had arrived early, especially after the conversation the day before with the Clones. He stood taller, grit and determination in his sharp features.

"I'll be honest, if given the shot, I want the Sargent. It's personal."

[Raven Cadera]

Clay's wave was returned with another and she checked her own gear once more.

Raven nodded to Tranq's request. "Sure thing, Big Guy."

[Honor]

Sand was hot to the touch, the desert uncomfortable, all life was racing to it's hidey-holes for the night and most were coming awake and alive.

"Alright," the leader stepped out, wearing the stormtrooper armor. Holding in his hand the helmet of the other, having it had been cracked open with the butt of a rifle. "Me and my troopers are ready.. the second things start popping off they'll take out the communications dish atop the base. Hopefully, that should stop any attempts to get the signal out. Meaning we'll only have to sweep the base clear and get out of there with the Doc."

"After they've got the dish down my troopers will attack from outside the base, this should draw enough of their attention away from the center to give us time and ability to maneuver. Any questions?"

[Tranq Sayzin]

"It'll be the only shot we've got. And if we actually make our way out with the credits on top of taking out the base, that's even better." While credits weren't really motivation, it wasn't good to be hungry, to be down without resources. He brought the thermal goggles on, they flickered in front of his eyes, before checking the gear. "After this, might have someone you'll need to meet."

[Solork Tan]

Sol offers a shrug to Tranq. "Sure, but I would like first crack at getting their finest actors in front of Mr. Nerra. I have a feeling that he would appreciate their thespian talents."

Sol looks around. "Who is going in with us, and how are we presenting them?"

[Tranq Sayzin]

"Why act when you can get the training of the Gee Eh Are to the insurgents, turn the rabble into real soldiers." He looked to the Gank, tilting his head.

[Solork Tan]

"Look at me. Look at you." Sol lets out a harsh laugh. "We need someone who the humans trust enough to not be immediately designating as "hostile, kill on sight". Out of our current engagement, of course. And, well, odds are we are the first ones they target." Sol shrugs. "I'm used to it"

[Honor]

"I'm not quite sure I follow this discussion, but plans simple. You bring me in, my men assist, are we ready to get on with it?" the trooper leader said.

[Claymore Frost]

"I'm ready to go." He looks around at them.

[Raven Cadera]

Raven's confusion was masked by the helmet, but judging from how her head turned back and forth between Tranq and Solork, she too was confused.

"Yeah, I've no idea what you guys are blabbing about. As the cl... uh... cap... here said, the plan's simple." She gave an affirmative nod to the clone leader. "I'm ready."

[Solork Tan]

Sol sheathes his blade in a quick movement. "Let's go then"

[Honor]

Through the sands they would walk, all the way back to the research station where the trooper leader sent his men off with a nod. Shared their belief in one another and then split to their separate tasks.

With the leader in the groups custody they merely had to walk him into the station, with a stormtrooper escort greeting at the door, and explain.

Well, that's what the situation looked like at least because then it would be their chance to spring the trap.

Since the plan had talked about getting the guy inside, and springing the trap too soon would make everything difficult, Raven spoke up. "We've returned. Found out what's been causing your problem here," she gave the clone a push to add up the ruse, trusting him not to take it the wrong way.

"Got an interesting report to give your sarge too... I think she wants to hear this."

[Tranq Sayzin]

For show, Tranq kept a hand clapped on the Clone Captain's shoulder, as if keeping him in check. He kept a vigil, looking around the base as if just keeping tabs on the operation.

[Honor]

"Hey!" the Clone shouted, "I'm goin' I'm goin'.. can't be too antsy here," he said, looking up to Tranq, cocking a grin at the Stormtrooper. "Big guy, right? Nearly took my head off..." he looked down.

[Honor]

"Our commander will want to speak with you and this.." the male Stormtrooper shrugged, "whoever he is."

"Follow me," he said, leading them inside of the research base. Through the too-clean halls they eventually arrived at the room with the glass wall peeking in. Inside the Sergeant stood with Doctor Tarkin sitting in his chair looking a little less than his usual self. When he saw the Clone he just about turned completely white.

The Sergeant noticed and everyone could swear they felt her menacing grin through her helmet.

Directed to walk inside of the room with the prisoner the Stormtrooper remained outside. There were about four in the hallway, four inside, and the sergeant.

"Found your problem, ma'am," Raven stepped forward to speak with the sergeant. The sergeant's reaction to the whole thing put her on edge, and she figured she might get as close as she could to her. And the doctor.

And give the others room to do what had to be done.

"Our pay?"
