Time to Talk [Day 3, Mid-Afternoon]

[Honor]

"Caydn," he said, flashing his signature grin. "What might I do you two fine gentlemen for?"

[Jaxom Ursae]

"We were hoping we might do something for you, actually." he replied. "We've heard you're having an issue with your ship?"

[Honor]

"I.." he measured Jaxom, and then Tosath with an appraising eye, "I am.. I am.. who told you? Nerra? That scoundrel, airing out my dirty laundry like that. You see here, been stranded on this rock for far too long and having far too little luck in the way of finding decent paying work. Unfortunately.. that's got my bills piling up, you see, and well.. my ships on lock-down at the port."

[Tosath Nazora]

"That can be a pricey problem. I'm guessing you could use a hand with that, but I don't think either of us is flush with credits. Unless Jaxom's been holding out on me." He looks to the bar tender.

[Jaxom Ursae]

"My tips aren't that good." he shook his head. "But, we would like to help you. We've been looking for the use of a good ship."

[Honor]

"Well, I can guarantee you that she's the best of ships. A stellar beaut if you ask me, but then.. I'm biased," he shrugged. "Anyway," he said, leaning in onto the table and pushing his empty cup aside. Then, realizing something cool, he brought it back over and set it at the center of the table.

"See, this here is my ship.." he ripped up a napkin and put the pieces scattered all over it, "these are the Imperials, right? Or well, the KSF, Imperial lapdogs," he shrugged, "not much better, not for our purposes anyway. So, the ships here under lock-down right.. but if we had an opening, like.. maybe a distraction we could storm in there and take it. You guys get the sky gate open and I fly outta there."

"Uh.." he paused, caught himself, "why do you need my ship again?"

[Tosath Nazora]

"..." Tosath just kind of sat there for a minute.

"Allow me to re-introduce myself. I'm Doctor Nazora. Storming ships isn't really in my skill set. I might be able to induce a fake medical emergency in someone to create a distraction though. But I could also get you a KSF uniform to use and give you the chance to sneak on rather than storm it."

[Jaxom Ursae]

"We'd like you to make a delivery for us." he answered. "So, we need a distraction and we need to open the gate. Hmm..."

[Honor]

"Perhaps Doctor Nazora over here is willing to put his reputation on the line for that gate part," he said, leaning in with a smirk.

[Tosath Nazora]

"The KSF probably has lockdown codes if they're the ones holding the ship. What reason was it originally placed on lockdown for? If it was just unpaid fees they wouldn't have a bunch of planetary security folks watching it."

[Honor]

"I mean," he shrugged, "I haven't been able to get in to see it cause of the whole, 'you can't go in there until you pay your fees' which is just a really un-nice way to handle that, ya know? Anyway.. it is possible they found my other cargo I was supposed to deliver here and that's why they're a bit antsy but.. nothing baaaad, I think," he shrugged.

[Ters Tii]

Back in the back-room, a door to the street opens and a rather unexpected Kel Dor is ushered in by a pair of young men dressed inconspicuously.

"Nerra," Ters said, voice echoing through his rebreather, "Your...friends said you wished to speak with me?"

[Nerra]

"Come, sit," he said, welcoming Ters over by the bar not too far off from the scoundrel and his new associates. Collecting a glass he walked unbothered as the normal tender merely moved around him, or the bar, to avoid getting in his way. "I've heard much, recently, about you."

[Jaxom Ursae]

"I mean," he shrugged, "I haven't been able to get in to see it cause of the whole, 'you can't go in there until you pay your fees' which is just a really un-nice way to handle that, ya know? Anyway.. it is possible they found my other cargo I was supposed to deliver here and that's why they're a bit antsy but.. nothing baaaad, I think," he shrugged.

"What would be the worse case scenario, for why their holding your ship?" he leaned forward. "If it's just fees, that's one thing. If they have a bigger reason to keep it locked down, we'll need to plan for that."

[Ters Tii]

"Oh?" The judge stood, unmoved. "If I understand the situation correctly, there isn't much you haven't heard a lot about, is there?"

[Nerra]

"As far as Kamda is concerned, no, no there is not," he said. "Come, share a drink."

[Ters Tii]

Ters did as bidden, his begoggled eyes taking in the room, catching sight of his doctor. Well, interesting...

"A wine...Alderaanian red" he said quietly, before turning back to Nerra. "Your gentlemen were rather polite, so I apologize for my brusque attitude. You see, I am more accustomed to issuing summonses than receiving them."

"What would be the worse case scenario, for why their holding your ship?" he leaned forward. "If it's just fees, that's one thing. If they have a bigger reason to keep it locked down, we'll need to plan for that."

"Don't quite know," he said, shrugged. "I'm a good little cog in the machine of the galaxy and don't ask the questions I'm not supposed to. Could be guns, could be a special kinda.. fruit? Doesn't need to be kept cold or need food so," he gave a little wave of his hand.

[Tosath Nazora]

"Well, we need to get precious cargo away from the planet. So we need to figure something out. Two basic steps are getting Cadyn and our passenger onto the ship unnoticed then unlocking the skygate so he can take off. What do we need to do for each of those steps."

"We need to create a diversion big enough for them to get into the bay and onto the ship without being noticed. Then we need to either have the access codes to unlock it or slice the system to do so."

[Jaxom Ursae]

"And, we need to be prepared, if things go bad." he nodded. "But, none of this matters until we reach an agreement. If we can help you get your ship back, will you transport a passenger or two for us?"
