A small park connected to the civilian engagement sector closer to the residential sections of the city. At it's central point is a memorial statue of the young Kamda's Angels.

A central statue honors the memory of the young lives that were lost when the rebel group know as Kamda's Angels were brought down by the Empire. Erected when the Empire's power was week it is hidden in the wish to remember the young lives that were misguided into a disastrous act by rebellion.
