Pokosta Evening Gala [Day 4, Late Evening, Event]

Reaching up even higher than the Imperial Spire located at City Hall, the beautiful Pokosta tower is considered an eyesore to any who find themselves living in the lower class residences.

While a small number of guests were thrown out, relatively speaking, the night was a huge success! For more than just the host...
