I'm selling these fine leather jackets [D2, MM]

Having been patched up, Roxi had gone back to her hideout to retrieve her payday, and was now carrying it around on her back as she looked for a shop that seemed likely to take it off her hands. She could've gone to the Jawa of course, but she figured they might try to scam her again, and she felt that them not getting first dibs on this was a suitable life-lesson on how they should've *invested* in her success.

So there Roxi was, lugging what looked like an old battle-droid from the Clone Wars on her back.

There was a small number of junk shops, mom and pop places mostly, that littered the Sapphire Alley's less bombastic areas. Searching among these would hopefully prove beneficial.

Alas, Roxi's well-honed skills in these matters failed her. Probably because they weren't actually well-honed at all.

Roxi thought she found a shop and fought with the shop-keep for nearly half an hour saying things along the lines of, "What do you mean? I KNOW there's a backroom shop in this store. Just let me in there so I can sell my droid!" but eventually a waiter came out from a different backroom door and she was able to see it was, indeed, just a kitchen back there.

Ah rats.

Which was to say, there was probably rats in there. Yeah. Or *something*. Dejected, she carried on her probably fruitless search. She might have to end up selling the junk to the Jawa's after all.

What few others places she checked offered her so little it was laughable, because they didn't understand it's value. Otherwise, they didn't offer anything for the scrap at all.
