[MM8-EA8] - The Symbol (Closed, Rental Tool Kit Place)

The Crystal was burning in his pocket. The Force was with him. Tranq knew there were places in the Lower-class parts of town where little bolt holes could be rented, with equipment needed. It wasn't the journey aboard the Crucible. It wasn't the Temple. This was all that he could manage, all that was available in these desperate times.
The parts were acquired. Rough hewn and natural. Bits of hardwood, leather, bone, even bits sourced from the Crab itself. His first hilt had been more utilitarian. He had needed help from Huyang for the more technical aspects. This time... he could feel it. To use the Force, to assemble, and reclaim what he once was, what he needed to be again.
Phroth Lissken was never a Knight.
He was a Jedi. The Guardians of Peace and Justice, for over a thousand generations. Champions of the Republic for one thousand years. Now fugitives and the highest brand of criminal in the Empire.
And so, instead of technical know how, and planning. He would let the Force be his guide, as he began to assemble the most important item to the Order.
His life.
His soul.
The hours were long. Pieces were discarded as the tools were used.
In the end... it was just time. Perhaps it was too much adrenaline coming off of the hunt. Maybe Destiny wasn't ready, or rather, the Karkarodon wasn't ready for destiny. The pieces brought were ruined. Those could be replaced. Even the time lost had value.
There were lessons learned, but right now?
The time wasn't right.
