Starting With a Bang [Day 5, Mid-Evening]

[Jyrvess Ertil]

Jyrvess took the scene in the backroom in, though she stayed near her datapad while it was being copied. "Small beginnings," She remarks, "But what is the old saying? Every journey begins with a single step."

[Manny Donos]

Manny cheerfully followed along as well. If his friends were blowing something up, he wanted to help!

[Euvid]

Euvid followed her new acquaintances into the back room. She was ready to do her part to strike at the Empire.

[Honor]

As everyone filtered in, Deera gathered those willing to listen around.

[Sorry for the wait, but as the talking here is pushed back to Day 7 anyway seems we have some time ]

[Deera]

"We are looking at something that is.. beyond anything anyone on this planet has ever managed before. A decisive blow against the enemy to help further our own ability to help the people of Kamda. It is no surprise that even now the ISB and Imperial army hunts us, those who would call themselves rebels.. and yet, we have an opportunity to use this against them. They believe that we are weak, easily separated, and merely some subversive elements. However they have forgotten the heart of the Kamdan people and together we can stand to say no more."

"Those who would lend themselves to this fight, risk everything to I ask you to find me tomorrow at our safehouse. Those interested will be vetted by Xahr Kuhr, our battle commander, and then directed toward an outpost where we will meet again and discuss details.. we are looking for a small team of able bodied individuals who aren't afraid of a fight. There is no promise to be made for personal gain in this fight, we fight for Kamda, but.. together we will all prosper. Fight with us, together we stand strong."

(Please feel free to begin to chat and elect yourselves for this event that will take place Day 7. Do not worry about being too many here, if more than the expected 4 speak up here there will be further ability to meet with the team going into this on Day 6 to help figure out more how you'd fit into the whole plan.)

"I'm afraid violence isn't my forte, but I can provide support in planning and deception. Computers as well." She nods, "And I do very much wish to help how I can."

[Raven Cadera]

Raven stepped forward, which was probably no surprise to anyone who knew her. Or realised she was a Mandalorian.

"I don't know what this vetting involves, but I'm a Mandalorian - worth more than most here in a fight." She let that sink in. "The Empire is no friend of mine, or to many of my brothers and sisters. I will volunteer for this fight. It will be glorious to take down a much larger enemy."

And she was certain many of her fellow Mandalorians would join her if she asked.

[Lysa]

"Well count me in! I'm ready to take the fight to those stupid Imperials." Lysa exclaimed a little weaker than usual due to the many blast burns she was still carrying.

[Xahr Kuhr]

Xahr Kuhr stepped forward to those willing to fight, the droid having finished he handed Jyvress back what was hers. Then, turning to the others, "If you've got fight in you, come with me. We'll talk, we'll learn about each other, and then we'll check on our end. Once we're all said and done.. well, we'll talk the real talk tomorrow."

Looking to Raven, "Didn't expect one of your kind here but.. to count a Mandalorian on our side is sure to boost morale."

"There is something I would ask of you." Deera said, having approached Jyvress directly and speaking somewhat privately. "Tomorrow, perhaps, meet with me and we will discuss something you might do for the people of Kamda?"

"It will be good to have you along, Lysa." Raven nodded to the colorful woman. If anything she knew she could rely on Lysa to supply the mayhem to a party.

Looking to Raven, "Didn't expect one of your kind here but.. to count a Mandalorian on our side is sure to boost morale."

"Some of us aren't too happy with the Imperial occupation of our homeworlds. Still a bit too early to launch a full attack on those places. This is a good place to start," she said plainly. Her personal reasons weren't something she felt going into here.

[Euvid]

Euvid stepped forward. "This is what I've trained for. I'm trained in both heavy & small arms and have a knowledge of warfare & tactics."

[Lysa]

"It will be good to have you along, Lysa." Raven nodded to the colorful woman. If anything she knew she could rely on Lysa to supply the mayhem to a party.

She set herself to follow the furry guy and winked to Raven "Thanks Ray, I always feel safe with you at my back. Maybe if we survive all this you'll wear that other suit and we can grab dinner or something. I'd say we could do it sooner but...." she motioned to the blast wounds still marring her pale skin "gonna need to take it easy for a bit."

[Raven Cadera]

"I, uh..." even if the helmet hid the reaction on her face, there was no hiding the confusion and unertainity in her voice. "... isn't going out to eat taking it pretty easy though? You don't have to go through the effort of cooking."

Innuendo wasn't Raven's strong suit.

[Manny Donos]

"What other suit?" Manny asked, blinking. "Like, special Mandalorian armor? That would be pretty awesome, but I bet it's hard to eat in."

[Lysa]

"I, uh..." even if the helmet hid the reaction on her face, there was no hiding the confusion and unertainity in her voice. "... isn't going out to eat taking it pretty easy though? You don't have to go through the effort of cooking."

"Right you are but like I told you earlier today I strive to always be a novel experience and I can tell that I won't be that tonight but mayyyybe tomorrow if you're really excited for it. I'm sure a boat load of stims and ill barely feel these pesky blaster burns." She said poking one and wincing.

"What other suit?" Manny asked, blinking. "Like, special Mandalorian armor? That would be pretty awesome, but I bet it's hard to eat in."

"Awwww yes it would Magic Manny, you are right on both accounts." She said with a giggle and patting him on the head

[Raven Cadera]

"... I feel very confused..." she murmured, not quite sure what was going on.

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"There is something I would ask of you." Deera said, having approached Jyvress directly and speaking somewhat privately. "Tomorrow, perhaps, meet with me and we will discuss something you might do for the people of Kamda?"

Jyrvess blinks at the approach, she hadn't expected that, "Alright Madam Governor. I would be honored to help however I can."

[Tranq Sayzin]

Tranq was quiet against a wall in the back room, listening to everyone discuss their plans, what was going to be needed. Following Xahr Kuhr, he knew where he was most skilled, and what could be most needed. It had been so long since his training as a Jedi, but since then, the Force had made him a better hunter, a killer...

The Apex Predator.

"You want precision death, you've got it here."
