Heroic Moments

Over the course of many Star Wars stories, and Rebellion stories as well, we are often treated to a moment where a character sacrifices all in order to save the path to their ideals, the lives of their friends, or those of some countless number of innocents. These moments are some of the more memorable in any series and is something I would like to emulate in this story.

Sometimes, there will be moments that I will declare it is possible. However, at other times players may suggest to me a goal they wish to accomplish in a scene that they feel is dire enough to warrant a heroic sacrifice. A likely vague outline of what the sacrifice will accomplish, how it begins, will be sketched out for the party and then I shall communicate with anyone who chooses to elect themselves for the position how to craft the moment.

These moments will often allow characters to surpass their normal limits in order to see that the day is won, at the cost of their life or future.
