From their one library conversation, Tosath got the feeling that she hated Imperial ideology but she seemed to still cling to the idea that enemies had to be crushed or they couldn't be defeated. Felt like she had no mercy for her enemies, while Tosath was made of mercy, and it was kind of a sticking point that wouldn't have really allowed her to let him in. Possibly fear that he was too soft and was more likely to reveal something if she let him in and he got himself captured by her enemies.

At least, that's what it felt like to me.

Jyrvess had kind of two paths in my mind. One of those would have been her as a more vicious and cold hearted spymaster of the 'sacrifice the pawns' sort. So his feeling wasn't totally off. Most of it was just, well she was a spy and saw the ruthless side of the Empire a lot.

*pats her favorite librarian*

Ready to become the pet of a Mandalorian group? :D

Jyrvess was really an enjoyable read, and watching her come out of her shell more was very nice as she seemed to start out as very guarded, frightened, and perhaps a little bit cold. But she seemed to warm up nicely to a lot of the PCs over the game.

Is she surprised at ending up being friends with Mandalorians of all people?

Jyrvess was interesting to read! Lots of good times had with her.

Is there anything else you wanted to get into with her? You managed to get the full story with her father out. Woo woo! But anything else?

What helped put her on one path more than the other?

*is ready to be used like a magic tactician 8-ball, shake shake: Imps will do X*

Jyrvess was only a couple months past turning traitor to the Empire, she had blown all her money from selling secrets to a Cartel in her mad flight across the Outer Rim. She was very much terrified, paranoid, and haunted by her old life. Though part of her initial 'scared librarian' was an act so people would dismiss her as harmless. She was, after all, only planning on being there long enough to find a new escape off world. Then of course she actually ended up caring for you guys and finally feeling like she could redeem herself.

The only other thing she didn't go full into is her leaving Intel: her station chief had a low opinion of the ISB and was watching them to make sure they didn't screw up. Jyrvess used that information to blow open an ISB attempt at dismantling a criminal syndicate. In return she got money and smuggled off-world. Probably her highest body count (assuming the criminals killed the ISB spies)

As for who helped her on her path.....mmm well I think all her interactions were tiny pushes toward where she ended up. Raven was the one she confessed her feelings and guilt to, but that was only because she had learned to trust others and that she was stronger with friends.

And....no way did I suspect she would end up hanging out with the Mandolarians when I joined the game.
