Sol readied himself, though he made no move to go for his sword. He eyes the hallway behind him. Someone would need to make sure they didn't sound the alarm.

The Karkarodon had a very bad feeling about this. His eyes narrowed as he caught sight of the blanched Randy, and without thinking, gave the Clone Captain a sharp squeeze on the shoulder, partly for reassurance, partly to appear menacing. He turned to focus on the Sergeant, eyes locked onto her bucket.

"Your pay will be handled by command, through the bounty office. When we send our report you will receive your fair compensation," she said. Walking over and looming over Dr. Tarkin. "To think... was it all these years that you knew? Finally, with this discovery my failings will be brought to light and it is your career that will hang Randall Tarkin. Your uncle will be so disappointed to hear that his nephew is a failure.. might not even save you from the gallows."

Randall, for his part, just remained quiet and sat there. Looking to the Clone, a sorrowful gaze.

He watched as Sarge began to gloat over Randy. Randy who apparently was trying to do the right thing.

Tranq hated everything about the Empire. And right now, his hatred was very focused on the sergeant.

"To hell with this..." He growled and in a blinding instant, the spear blaster was drawn and he was ready to head straight for the sergeant...

Ooc: uh initiative time?

Initiative time, Tranq will roll cool for Initiative.

Everyone else, depending on their personal preference of readiness may roll Cool or Vigilance.

Given the quick draw by Tranq you are allowed to decide whether or not Vigilance would be a more appropriate roll.

All Stormtroopers will roll Init as soon as I'm available.

"Wait!" It was a sadly short lived consideration. This had been a highly possible outcome, even if Tranq was pulling the plan a bit early.

Even behind the veneer of professionalism, Sol had not forgotten what happened when the Empire was on the side of doling out violence. To innocent monks...and the people they had hired to do the deed.

Blood sang in his ears as Sol went for his sword.

Raven was itching to get this started too, and she already eyed the window separating them and the ones outside. Hopefully someone could break that down and deal with the troopers on that side.

Pulling her vibroknife from her tactical rigging the Sgt. squares off against Tranq before looking to her subordinates behind him, "Trooper! Break off and alert the station!" she shouted. Quickly, the trooper broke off from his fellows. "Rest of you keep these vermin from escaping!"

Outside, the trooper that broke off from the group quickly breaks off and runs to alert the others!

However, the group he broke off from trains their weapons on the door. One of them walking over to the pad while they got it covered. Closing the door they used their access to lock it down.

Inside, however, the troopers were quick to bring up their rifles and take aim. Focusing in on Tranq they fired off some quick rounds to try and support their commander!

[Sgt. uses Action to gain Maneuver to Tactical Direction and cause a Trooper to split off from the group.]
[Sgt. uses Maneuver to draw Vibroknife.]

The blast caught the padded armor, and while it helped dissipate the searing energy, it still lanced through his flesh. Gritting his teeth, he charged into the fray, moving straight for the Sergeant. As he got close, he maneuvered to allow himself a better angle of attack, bringing the spear end of the blaster into her with a feral roar.

The vicious blade of the spear cut into the sergeants arm, forcing her to drop her freshly drawn vibroknife, as the vicious wound was done, severing tendons in her wrist as blood sprayed against her white plasteel armor and the blade of his spear!

"Kriff!" The door had swung shut, locking them in. Sol had planned to work on the exit route but for now they were locked inside. The only way out was through.

In a step Sol is among the stormtroopers, his sword scything low at a weak joint in ones armor.

[Checks to get the door open may be accomplished with a Hard check with 2 Setback, Computers checks to open the door may remove 1 Setback for having proper gear, same with Skulduggery checks to do the same. Physical checks may be used to break the glass but will automatically suffer the full 2 setback from the sturdiness of it's construction]

Seeing that they got a runner, Raven didn't hesitate when Clay sliced the door open. "I'll deal with him," she said as her cloak was pushed aside as she brought up her rifle, and the newly forged Mandalorian armor gleamed faintly under the overhead lights. It probably made an impressive sight as she stepped out of the room in front of the other group of troopers outside. At least it would give some breathing room for the others inside as it wouldn't be too cramped in there.

In her rush to catch him before he got away, the shot missed, and... something went very wrong...

Tranq charged the sergeant, bringing her into the thick of it against a Karkadon fighter. While the rest of her troopers tried to back her up, they were quickly set upon by Solork the gank killer who expertly diced one in two before looking to the others spread about the room. Meanwhile, this brought cover for Clay to get to slicing the door, which he did, but just as Raven went dashing through it the alarms could be heard sounding off. All of the station was now aware someone was breaking into secure areas.

Raven, amid the sounds of blaster fire and men screaming, rushed out after the lone trooper who ran. Coming around a corner she fired off a shot that went wide but when she looked up she was faced with a small squad of troopers who stood between her and the other trooper. A line of blasters pointed at her.

Threat set off Alarm, Despair used for more Troopers!

Grabbing up her blade she quickly surged forward a strike, cutting deep into the Karkadon's torso. Getting in close, her shoulder up against his torso as she drove the blade in to close up the profile.

Tranq rolled with the stab, feeling it bite through his armor and into his chest, dark green-blue blood staining his armor and thermal cloak. His movement, though, threw the sergeant off balance, knocking her prone as he wheeled around, aiming into her, and bringing his spear down into her.

The serrated spear head bit into her armor, tearing and rending flesh, inflicting yet another critical injury.
